Because each item is made to order especially for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong item, size, or color
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Please double-check your order before placing it.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once we review your claim, we'll work with our production partner to provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly after they're placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
